Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Most metro addresses receive their order in 3–5 working days, and the rest of India in 4–7 working days.
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹79 is added at checkout.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available across most pincodes in India. You'll see it as an option at checkout if your pincode supports it.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and the phone number you ordered with. You'll also get the tracking link when we ship.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If the order hasn't shipped yet, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll update it.
Returns & products
Can I return something?
Yes — unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Hair accessories that have been worn cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Are the colours accurate?
We photograph in daylight without heavy editing, but screens differ. If a shade isn't what you expected, you can return it under our normal policy.
How should I care for my bag?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth, keep it away from water and direct sun, and store it stuffed with tissue so it holds its shape.
