Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed, Monday to Saturday. You'll receive a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days to metro cities and 4–7 working days elsewhere in India. Remote pincodes can take a little longer.

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat rate of ₹79 applies.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available across most Indian pincodes. If your pincode isn't serviceable for COD, only prepaid options will appear at checkout.

Returns

You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, worn hair accessories cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a pickup where our courier partners support it, or share a return address if they don't.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, prepaid refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. COD refunds are sent by bank transfer to the account you share with us.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different colour or a different piece of the same value, subject to stock. Message us and we'll hold it for you.

Damaged or wrong items

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace the item or refund you in full — your choice. We cover return shipping in these cases.
