This page explains what we collect when you shop with Hairtie, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. If you create an account, we store your email and a securely hashed version of your password — we never store your password itself.

We also keep a record of your orders so that you and we can look them up later.

Payments

Card, UPI and net banking payments are handled by our payment gateway. Your card and UPI details are entered on the gateway's own secure form and are never stored on our servers.

How we use your information

We use your details to process and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, and to answer your questions. If you have asked to hear from us, we may occasionally send you news about new arrivals. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We share your delivery details with our courier partners so that they can deliver your parcel, and with our payment gateway to process your payment. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember what is in your bag. If analytics is enabled, we may also use cookies to understand which pages are useful.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Message us on WhatsApp or email us and we'll take care of it.
